We need to earnestly implement the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to “strengthen the social security system and service system for the disabled and to practically maintain legitimate interests of the disabled”, to vigorously implement Regulation on the Employment of the Disabled and Measures of Zhejiang Province on Proportional Arrangement for the Employment of the Disabled, to practically guarantee working rights of the disabled, to promote the employment of the disabled, to advance proportional arrangement for the employment of the disabled according to law, and to fully show the deep care and assistance provided by the party and government as well as the extensive employers for the employment of the disabled. Therefore, Disabled Persons Federation of Binjiang District planned to hold the Spring Recruitment Fair for the Disabled in the human resources market of the district on 25 Apr. 2016. We sincerely invite employers needing to recruit the disabled this year to register for the recruitment fair, hoping to send cares to, perform corresponding duties for and make contributions to the employment of the disabled.

All employers willing to participate in this recruitment fair should fill in the return receipt carefully and send it to Disabled Employment Service Center of Binjiang District before 15 Apr. 2016, so as to help us make overall arrangements and ensure the success of the recruitment fair.
