"Paradise Silicon Valley" Is Vibrant With Life
　　With modern high technology changing every day, a new chapter has opened for Hangzhou, a place that has that has maintained the reputation of "Paradise" for a long time. The founding of Hangzhou Hi-tech Zone symbolizes the formation of a large scale and intensified group of companies. 　　Hangzhou Hi-tech Industry Development Zone (abbreviated to Hi-tech Zone) was set up in March 1990, receiving approval from the State Council as a state level Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone in March 1991. 　　The Xiasha Sci-Tech Industrial Park lies on the northern bank of the Qiantang River's lower reaches, close to the Hangzhou Economic Development Zone.

　　Zhijiang Sci-Tech Industrial Park lies on the southern bank of the Qiantang River, near to scenic and historical sites such as the Liuhe Pagoda. This region is ideal for developing the hi-tech industry, being located only 5 kilometers from Hangzhou's city center.
