We encounter a continuous high temperature recently. The electrical load reached a new record in history yesterday, and heavy load or overload phenomenon happened to some wires of 10 KV. In order to avoid long-time high-load operation of power grid, reduce the failure rate to the largest extent, and guarantee normal enterprise production and operation, relevant requirements in the period of summer peaks are hereby stated:
Various manufacturing enterprises should control electricity utilization in peak periods on normal production days (peak period in the morning: 9:30-11:00; peak period in the afternoon: 12:30-14:00, similarly hereinafter).
Large-scale air conditioning equipment in marketplaces, hotels and office buildings should not be opened at the same time, and use of these facilities must be avoided in peak periods.
Authorities, enterprises sand public institutions (including authorities, schools, banks and comprehensive office buildings) should take the lead in strengthening the awareness of electrical energy saving and executing electrical energy saving schemes for special periods.
Construction units should avoid electricity utilization in peak periods.
The air conditioning load should be reduced, and the air-conditioning temperature should not be lower than 26℃.
Orderly Power Utilization Office of Binjiang District will cooperate with Binjiang Power Supply Business Department of Hangzhou Electric Power Supply Company of State Grid to check the execution situations about the work of summer power supply. Public notification and punishment measures will be taken for units that do not obey the above requirements.
