According to relevant requirements of Notification of Hangzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission on Organizing and Declaring National High-End Software and Application System Industry Projects (Hang Fa Gai Gao Ji [2015] No. 425), in order to promote concentrated development of pilot project construction of high-end software and application system in Hangzhou, to create new techniques, new commercial activities, new modes and new industries, to cultivate new potential and new force for economic growth, and to promote entrepreneurship and innovation of internet, we plan to collect alternative projects whose total investment is above 5 million Yuan. Please see the document of Hang Fa Gai Gao Ji [2015] No. 425 for the key points and application requirements.

Application units should submit two copies of project application materials in paper edition (project summary table, basic situations of the project and project unit, and project fund application report; please print on both sides) to our bureau before 4 Aug. 2006, and send the electronic edition to 3331295699@qq.com; further notice will be given for the follow-up procedures.
