Policy contents

Newly established catering enterprises of famous brands registered as independent legal entity with an area of more than 1,000 square meters will be provided with the rent subsidy of 1 Yuan/square meter * days in the first year, 0.8 Yuan/square meter * days in the second year and 0.6 Yuan/square meter * days in the third year according to the actual usable area (not exceeding 2,000 square meters).

Application condition

1. The catering enterprise of famous brand is established and registered as independent legal entity in our district.

2. The area is above 1,000 square meters.

3. It is operated for more than one year.

2. Copies of Business License, Tax Registration Certificate and Organization Code Certificate of the newly established enterprise.

3. Lease agreement and the lessor’s property ownership certificate.

Application date

1. The enterprise should submit records to Business Bureau of Binjiang District when it is established.

2. The first quarter of the next year.
