Here comes our new episode of series of “Enterprise Discoveries” and our destination today is Uniview.

Have you watched the movie “The Wandering Earth 2”? MOSS, the super quantum computer powerful enough to run hundreds of millions of calculations, is the root of all crises in the movie because of its absolute rational calculation to find “the best” way to maintain human civilization.

And the special camera, the “eye” of MOSS, which recurs frequently with close-up shots, came from Uniview, our hero today.

Entering Uniview is just like walking into a science fiction movie. The park is composed of a main building and a podium building, both modern and full of science and technology. The new building covers an area of 30,000 ㎡ with a total construction area of 137,000 ㎡.

The park is equipped with a digital smart-park twin platform, giving a visual representation of the usage of electricity, water and equipment in its background, and controlling the building automation system and intelligent lighting system, which can save energy and protect the environment by science and technology.

There is a clean, bright and spacious public space in the building, where people can enjoy sunshine and scenery.

Many sofa chairs scatter randomly for provisional meetings, discussion and brainstorming.

Between the office area and the canteen is a spiral staircase, interweaving work and life in an ingenious way.

Food is nice here. In the canteen big enough for 1,200 people at the same time, there are a wide variety of dishes and snacks, taking different tastes across the country into account, and offering special meals according to different seasons.

Recreational activities are interesting here. There will be movie gatherings twice a month with both classic and latest films in the theatre which is as good as a real cinema. Employees can vote for the films they like and can bring families together with them for a good time.

Life is great fun here. There are 13 associations in Uniview such as basketball, dance, photography, astronomy, etc. Hundreds of activities were held with thousands of participants, promoting overall development of its employees.

Knowledge can be learned here. There is a “department store” in Uniview which in fact is a platform for employees to share hobbies and learn skills. Corresponding activities will be organized every month, such as flower arrangement courses, tea ceremony courses, DIY courses, etc., where employees can learn a lot to improve themselves.
